Ensure Plus is ready to use. Shake well. Open immediately prior to use.
Ensure Plus can be sipped through the straw provided or can be poured into a glass after removing the pull tab.
Ensure Plus can be used as a supplement with or between meals, or as a meal replacement.

Use under healthcare supervision. Not for use in galactosemia. Not for intravenous use.
Use in Children: Not intended for use in children unless recommended by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

Once opened and consumed, cover any remaining formula and place in a refrigerator, discarding unused feed after 24 hours.
